Q. We have several scouts who have crossed over into Troops, but we can no longer see how much was left in their accounts. We need to find out how much was in their account or how much was owed.
A. The unit associated payment log information is inaccessible once the Scout’s Scoutbook record has been moved to another unit. You could ask the receiving unit’s scoutbook admin to move them back into your unit temporarily as you capture that information.
