Fix an Advancement that was marked Approved (IA)

Fix an Advancement that was marked Approved in Internet Advancement and won’t show on advancement report.

1. You can remove the advancement in Internet Advancement and reenter it. To remove an advancement in Internet Advancement:see the instructions here.
2. Or you can log into Scoutbook and mark the advancement as not awarded. To do that, see the instructions here.
