Q. How do you add an email for a parent/adult or Scout? Email is not part of the basic information about either, when you add them?
A. If the parent is already in Scoutbook, they already have an e-mail assigned unless they were added by the unit uploading the Adults csv and Scouts csv files. If this is the case, go to the parent’s profile and click the Invite link at the bottom of the page.
If not, go to the Scout’s page, click Scout’s Connection then +Add and add the parent as a connection.
For Scouts, only parents can add their e-mail address by going to the Scout’s extended information section and clicking the Invite button.
