Unit leaders can find the list of merit badge counselors on the unit page. Scoutbook provides a search for merit badge counselors at that location. Unit leaders can also obtain a report of which leaders in your unit are merit badge counselors, and what badges they counsel. Please see the guide here.
All merit badge counselors are not imported into Scoutbook automatically. Under the counselor’s name are the badges listed in the council’s record in my.Scouting. They will have blue check marks next to them.

For councils that have uploaded the MBC list, no unit can associate merit badges to counselors. You will have to go to your council for any changes.
If your council has not uploaded the MBC list to Scoutbook, the results of the search the check marks will be green for any badges associated with merit badge counselors managed by units.
