Some notes on Scoutbook Plus and Unit Changes
If the Scouts move or transfer to a different unit, and the adults who are currently leaders do not transfer with the Scouts, then they will lose access to the Scouts in Scoutbook Plus.
For Scouts moving to units that don’t wish to utilize Scoutbook: Units who choose not to use Scoutbook Plus will see completed advancements there.
A Scout’s records in Scoutbook Plus are not deleted. If they drop from membership and come back later with the same member ID then all records they have in Scoutbook Plus will be visible to the Scout and the unit leaders of the new unit. If their membership ID changes, the records can be copied from the previous member ID.
