The Scoutbook Plus will not work for tracking Lone Scouts as the applications require that a Scout be in a Unit for advancements to be seen and edited.
The Scouting app is working to implement the functionality to support Lone Scouts. You would need to email scoutbookappsupport@scouting.org for more information.
