Q. If a Scoutmaster accidentally invited the wrong counselor for a particular badge and Scout, how can we cancel the invitation and invite the correct counselor?
A. Click on the Scout, Select connections, Click on the Merit Badge Counselor’s name and uncheck the merit badge counselor box and the merit badge the person was assigned to. If the person has no other relationship to the Scout you can delete the connection as well.
To assign a different councilor, after doing the above you can click on the Scout, the merit badge and invite a different counselor.
