How do I remove credit for a merit badge entered by mistake? (SB)

For cases where the merit badge is marked as Completed, approved or awarded by mistake, do the following:

  1. Go to the Scout’s Advancement page.
  2. Click on the merit badge.
  3. Click on Completed.
  4. Remove the “Date completed”. (If the merit badge has been marked as Approved or Awarded, you might need to remove those check marks first.) Then update or save.

NOTE: Only leaders authorized to mark an item approved can remove approvals.)

You can do something similar for updating / removing approved or completed requirements.
