If clicking on a youth in the roster in Internet Advancement results in a 404 page then this likely one of three things:
1) Youth has a different member ID in Scoutbook than in the rest of Scouting.
2) Youth are totally missing from Scoutbook database.
3) Youth has duplicate member IDs which the unit needs to work with Member Care to resolve.

Include your council name, council number, unit type and number, the unit leader’s member ID, as well as the name and member ID of the youth.
