If clicking on a youth in the roster in Scoutbook Plus results in a 404 page then this likely one of three things:
1) Youth has a different member ID in Scoutbook than in the rest of Scouting.
2) Youth are totally missing from Scoutbook database.
3) Youth has duplicate member IDs which the unit needs to work with Member Care to resolve.
