Why is there an Internet Advancement link in Scoutbook? (IA)

Even though Scoutbook units should not use Internet Advancement to track advancements, units that do not use Scoutbook can go to Scoutbook.com to access Internet Advancement and other my.Scouting.org tools. Scoutbook.com is being positioned to be the single point of entry for unit tracking.
