Scoutbook Council Administrators can modify the email notifications that are sent to merit badge counselors when the council uploads the merit badge counselor file or when member update makes changes to merit badge counselors in their council.
To modify the email notification:
Log into scoutbook.scouting.org
Click on My Dashboard
Click on Manage Approved Merit Badge Counselor List
Click on Edit E-Mails Sent to MBC
