My son changed units, yet his old one is still showing in Scoutbook, how do I get it changed? (SB)

Click on your son in Scoutbook, click on your son’s membership.  Under current memberships, find the old unit.  Click on that entry and put an end date in, remove any checks in check boxes and update.
