Unit, district, and council key 3 members, key 3 Delegates and Unit Training Chairs can record training for others using Member Manager in my.Scouting.org.
To record training:
Log into my.scouting.org
Click on Menu
Click on unit, district or council, and click Member Manager
Wait for the charts to load
Click Add/Search on the left
Click the program pull down and select the correct program
Click on the appropriate course
Select date earned
Click Add Member
Select the member, and click Add Member again then submit
