My training is not correct in my.scouting.org
I have had multiple member IDs how do I move training from one that I had in the past to my current one?
To bring your training into my.scouting from another member id: log into my.scouting.org; click on Menu > Manage Member ID then ADD the member ID from the old council. Set it as Primary. Wait 24 hours for the training to be brought in. NOTE: you will not be able to use Scoutbook during this time. Then go back into my.scoiuting.org and Manage Member ID and set your new member ID as Primary. This will copy the training under that member ID to your new member ID.
You should be able to see your training in your dashboard in my.scouting.org.
If you continue have discrepancies in My.Scouting, you will need to contact Member Care at 972-580-2489 and they can help you get those fixed.
