Q. A number of my scouts have completed the recharging requirements for the cyber chip, and I am wondering how I can show on scout book that this requirement has been completed. Is there something special I am supposed to do? Do they simply keep the cyber chip that they already have and I update their card by hand to signify that they have completed it for the next level?
A. All Cyber Chips will expire annually. Each Scout will need to go to Netsmartz and complete 2 new resources to recommit to net safety and netiquette. Then, with the unit leader, the Scout can add the new date to the Cyber Chip in Scoutbook.
