If the Scout already has earned 1st class
AND
If the Scout is not also in a troop
The Crew or Ship Scoutbook Admin can activate the showing of ScoutsBSA advancements for the Scout by dong the following:
click on the Scout, click on Edit Profile and move the Scouts BSA Advancement toggle on.
That will allow the Crew or Ship leaders to record ScoutsBSA advancements.
